A friend w/10.3 i586 install is having a problem with yast2. The
sw_single option provides a pop-up with:
Accessing the Package Management Failed
Another process is accessing the package database.
Package management cannot be used now.
Would you like to continue without having access to
the package management or retry to access it?
Continue Retry
Retry fails and continue is useless as w/o access there is NO
functionality.
No lock is apparent and rebuilding the rpmdb solves nothing. No
instance of rpm or yast is present.
what to do ???
