Ok, my mistake - looking into my logs, looks like the firewall was not
up when I set everything up, and after that I have never tested if the
network browsing is working with the firewall up and running.

Anyway, if someone hits the same problem - there is a bug case for
this problem, and the solution in comment #3 works:
