Today i try a re-run
Re-installation no good, then i remembered that there were ( i mean are)
issues with the raid controllers of the HP-DL320 (not with other
machines)

For those also with a DL320-G4:
Change in the bios, the raid-config several times from raid-0 <==>
raid-1, attach the disks to it, and reinstall!

Other "weak" issue of those machines is that sometimes, after booting,
eth0 had the mac-address 00:00:00:00:00:00.
After a reboot siruation is normal **

** as soon as i find a apropiated definition of "normal"

Machine is currently running as dom-0 server, creation of dom-u lamp
went without any problem.
