SuSE 10.3 I have two sounds cards: a VIA AC97 on the motherboard (which I'm using) and a Ensoniq ES1371 (which I'm not using). I've used Yast2 to configure the sound on the VIA sound card and it works. It also plays sounds using OSS (not ALSA) using the KDE Control Center under KDE. However, applications like CNN videos through Firefox and the kscd application don't play any sound. Any ideas?
