I looked in section 'Advanced Configuration of the Router' and there is 
nothing as 'static DCHP' where one MAC address is associated with one IP 
address, so the IP will follow network card. 

The configuration in netgear.com link works fine - tested. 
Set wireless router to static IP outside the DHCP range of RP114 and disable 
WGT624 DHCP, as you probably did, and it should work fine.
