games:/strategy:/realtime is a yum repository  (see yast2 -> 'Software
Repositories') to add it to SMART do:

edit -> channels -> New -> provide channel information -> RPM Metadata 
add the url
( 
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/games:/strategy:/realtime/openSUSE_10.3/
 ) choose an alias ( Games_RTS ) and your done.
