Yeah, 

I hate having to run NTP when the time should just "be right" .. I must say.. 
Sometimes it is, but sometimes I get: 

Setting up the hardware clockselect() to /dev/rtc to wait for clock tick timed 
out


When booting and trying to set hardware clock.. Not a big deal to me since I 
use the crack berry to remind me of meetings etc for work.
