Neither yast graphical front-end nor zypper in the text console work at all. The system claims that libboost and libicuui aren't available and yast2-ncurses must be reinstalled. However, before upgrading all these files were already installed; after upgrading they were all gone, even though boost and libicu packages weren't removed during the process.
