I recently had an experience where firefox and wget and the ftp I had installed all reported the wrong results (in a directory listing) but a different ftp program was OK. The problem actually was acknowledged as a bug in the ftp server (a well-used public site) that showed up with particular clients. I forget all the details but my point is that it's important to record full details of the programs at both ends of the connections. And the middle if there's a proxy :) Cheers, Dave -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
