I think they are wanting a graphical environment. AFAIK, there are only
three. Quanta+, part of KDE [ KDE web dev package ], NVU, no longer
under development, and KompoZer, kind of a carry on of NVU. There may be
others, but I haven't found them. I'm sure someone will know of more.
