Never seen what? I've never seen kdialog going into any directory. Can you post a small screenshot? It would also help us all greatly if you would be kind enough to let us know: (1) What version of openSuSE or SuSE Linux you are using; (2) What desktop you are useing (KDE presumed, but you can run KDE apps on a lot of desktops) (3) Probably most of all, What application you are using to "do into a directory" Aside from that, my best answer would be, "don't do that anymore and you won't see it." -- David C.
