Without the owner posting some descriptions on their website, it can be
hard to determine the purpose/quality of an rpm. But if you're just
itching to get more detailed information, you can download the rpm
(don't install it) and then run the command:
rpm -qi 'filename'.rpm
It may not give you all the information you want, but at least it is a
start.
