For me is confusing that you didn't mentioned network card setup. 
You may try to check that first, is any network adapter listed, something like 
eth0. If not than look to configure network using button Configure Network 
Cards. 

What is modem model and manufacturer? I would like to see is it possible to 
set modem to log you in ISP network. That way, only thing that you have to do 
is to configure network card and skip DSL configuration. 

BTW, it seems that some change in posting habit will help to get more 
responses to question. Most of people that can help ignore top posts.
