Hi Gene,

I'm betting all works fine if you log in as root?  Have you checked
your 
system.log (/var/log/messages) for any resmgr errors?

Thanks for your response.  I tried logging in as root, but that didn't
solve the problem.  I have found some resmgr errors in
the /var/log/messages file.  That file is quite lengthy, so I hesitate
to just tack the whole thing onto this e-mail, but I would like to paste
