Hmm...  I assumed I was 0.8, but you're right.  My fuzzy grey matter is
having trouble remember when/if I did an 0.9 upgrade, but apparently I
did!  :-)   Goes to show you why documenting your systems is important!

Anyway Marcus, that did the trick and all is happy now.
