AFAIK there is no must for a *blank* email. Just the right address
counts.
Indeed, but it just seemed to me that the people who are having trouble
are sending subject:unsubscribe (or "unsubscribe" in the email body)
to:[email protected] and that a slightly different wording might
prevent these cases.
Hitting on the signature of every single post in a particular
mailing list would do the job.
