[opensuse] Upgrading from 10.2 to 10.3

Is http://en.opensuse.org/Updating_SUSE_Linux the recommended/favorite way to 
upgrade from 10.2 to 10.3?

Is a DVD/cd upgrade "better" for any reason (more reliable maybe)?
