Type in Konqueror Location field
 info:
press Enter and you will see this:
 info:/dir
with all info articles listed in the window.

<snip>-------------------------------------------------------
This (the Directory node) gives a menu of major topics.
   "h" gives a primer for first-timers,
"mEmacs<Return>" visits the Emacs manual, etc.

In Emacs, you can click mouse button 2 on a menu item or cross reference
   to select it.

Menu

Utilities
Enscript
  GNU Enscript
  Gzip
The gzip command for compressing files.
  ZSH
  The Z Shell Manual.

</snip>-------------------------------------------------------

I guess that is what you are looking for, but if you insist on the other way
than you have to configure Apache, find where is hidden customized css that
is used by Konqueror, install it and that's all ;-)
