Several:

I use most often - since there's very little install - phpMySQL.

It comes with openSUSE and runs in Apache.

There's also the MySQL Administrator.  Both of those come with openSUSE and 
can be loaded via YaST or SMART or whatever you tool of choice is.

I've had good luck with the MySQL tools as well:
