ffmpeg -i $name.flv -ar 22050 -ac 2 -acodec libfaac -vcodec h263 -s
352x288 -r 20 -b 5000 -ab 32 $name.mp4

The -acodec and -vcodec can directly use the library for audio and
video codec, maybe you need change these for different converting.
