Well, RSS feed entries include HTTP URLs that lead to Web pages. 
Akregator can show them directly, but several of my favorites, 
especially Tom's Hardware Guide, use JavaScript extensively and one, 
Bits du Jour won't display its pages at all without JavaScript enabled.

I don't know what it might mean for content to be "recoded for delivery 
via Javascript or AJAX."
