i have read that into sles 10 is sustitute by the mod_proxy_ajp
(http://developer.novell.com/wiki/index.php/SUSE_Linux_Porting_Advisories)
using the yast if i add this module when i try to start the apache says me:

apache2-prefork/mod_proxy_ajp.so: undefined symbol: proxy_module
The command line was:
/usr/sbin/httpd2-prefork -f /etc/apache2/httpd.conf
failed
Can anybody helps me for loading to work the apache + tomcat together?

mod_jk definitely comes with SLES10 -- as far as how to install it I
guess I'm not sure. It seemed to get installed by default with SLES9.
I would suppose you just make sure the correct repo is configured, and
then use the install software applet. Maybe it would show up under
listings for either apache2 software, or tomcat?
