Hi,

I'm pretty much noob, so I'm kind of afraid to write things here, but
have you checked if in /etc/sysconfig/bootsplash file you have
THEME="SuSE" and SPLASH="yes". And you also need to run mk_initrd being
root. I remember that helped me.

If I'm saying bad things, I hope guys here will correct me :)
