If you or your friend have no control of the NAT to forward ports, this
could be done with ssh port forwarding (tunneling).
If it is possible for him to connect to your machine, he could create a
"remote port forward" by doing something like:
ssh -R 5555:localhost:22 your_ip
Then you should be able to connect to him, on port 5555 localhost.
