What installation media are you using here /media/SU1030.001 ?

If it is retail DVD 1, it will not work, please use i586 DVD or iso image.

You can also try with LTSP_DEBUG="1" option in
/etc/sysconfig/kiwi-ltsp, that will give you some clue where it fails.

Do post log after turning on debug if it fails.
