I've used ktorrent with 10.3 a couple of times now.  No problems and I
have not configured my NAT router/firewall to have the extra ports
open.  It just seems to work acceptably well.  (last time I tried, I
got 50% download link utilization on avg.  Not perfect but
acceptable.)
