ok, then probably has to do with x86_64 which I have and have seen reported the abnormality with the new acroread or whatever they call it now :^). my acroread will *only* display one file, no tabbed display available. Each opening for display of a new fill presents a new window/instance. This is true also from the command line, ie: acroread file1.pdf file2.pdf file3.pdf - -- Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://counter.li.org -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFHmNQtClSjbQz1U5oRAuU7AKCdG/MEa/Vz+Fqz4ZXLbG7+9sDEzgCfTh5D XJOslpTU1SwIJlGZmvpSXlo= =CRsx -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
