That would be the equivalent of asking Red hat to make Fedora LTS, and Novell to make opensuse LTS. They both use members from the community in addition to employees to develop packages, and they choose which packages they wish to include in their LTS distros, Red Hat and SLED. They are not going to support a distro that is not ready for enterprise use. This is not in their business model.
