Why would they (assuming you mean that they might try to do something stupid with QT)? People said the same thing when it was announced that Sun was buying MySQL, but Sun has no intention of futzing with the GPL on MySQL... why would Nokia mess with QT? It's not in their interest to do so. Nokia is getting more and more into open source and cross platform stuff.
