Well that's the webwork web application you also need to deploy the webwork.jar file for the framework itself and you'll also want commons-logging.jar and others from dist/lib/supporting-jars

under src you'll find a file called INSTALL

that's complete except it doesn't mention commons-logging.jar which you also need.

don't forget you also need log4j as per the INSTALL file.
