We can wait for Xwork1.0/WebWork2.0 for the XML version of it!

This is currently possible in views.properties, and someone just posted
something about it a couple of days ago. Not sure if you can do it with
just actions.xml (can someone confirm?)

This is also implemented in Xwork1.0/Webwork2.0.
