Yep. That's something I'm wondering as well. I've made patched my version of 1.3 to have - variable translation in redirect URLs a la XWork, using the ValueStack - boolean fields set by Strings such as "on", "true" and "yes" - support for a request param "webwork.next" which provides a way for user/view-specified redirection if no view-mapping exists
