I've cleaned up some in preparation for our alpha(?) release of Xwork /
WW2:

- I removed the Pico stuff
- I moved the delegating Sax parser framework from OSCore to Xwork for
now - I'm still looking for feedback on this code and the delegating sax
parser configuration provider built with it as to whether the extra
complexity is worth it for the extra modularity and ability to extend
the XML config file
- I upgraded us to the just released 2.2.1 OSCore lib
- I upgraded the projects to use Clover 1.2
