This sounds like a bug if that is indeed the case... OGNL handles
String->boolean conversion and should be doing it correctly, but it's
possible we've got a bug. Please file this!

Yes, it is really cool.
But if my parameter's value is 'true' or 'false', I want the boolean
property will be set correctly according the parameter's value. it's
confused that the boolean property is always set with true.
