Hi.

Just discovered megg[1] the other day.

Megg is a tool for lazy developers. Using Java and Apache Velocity,
it provides a simple command line tool to generate a project source
tree from a host of supplied templates, with an aim to encouraging
   best practices in new software.

It contains a "webwork2" template that can generate a basic ww2 project
including an ant build file and ww2-related configuration files
(xwork.xml etc.).

Might be good for jump-starting your first ww2 project.
