I did some work with Seraph to get it to work with the latest and greatest of webwork and osuser.. mostly recompiling it to work with update OSUser.. I was quite impressed with it.. And, if you grok how the OpenSymphony projects are written in general, then Seraph will look very similar..
I haven't been able to get my changes back into seraph as there isn't an open cvs to diff against.. But if you want I can send you what I did...
