[OS-webwork] exception when setting a property of primitive long

i was under the impression that the latest fixes fixed this but when 
calling an action with a property of primitive type long like so:
templateDetail.action?templateId=3x

this exception is thrown:

[ERROR] CompoundRootAccessor  - Caught an Ognl exception while setting 
property templateId
ognl.MethodFailedException: Method "setTemplateId" failed for object 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] [java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: 
setTemplateId([Ljava.lang.String;)]
