LocalizedTextUtil.addDefaultResourceBundle(String resourceBundleName) where the resource bundle needs to be in your classpath and be referenced using the package where it is stored (i.e. "com/opensymphony/xwork/xwork-messages" which is the default resource bundle added statically)
