Pat and I decided to
do an experiment with this... ServletDispatcher now filters out params w/ null
or "" params (or [""]) so they won't be in the parameter map in the
ActionContext... therefore the ParametersInterceptor won't find them to set into
the Action, won't get a conversion error, etc...
We're not sure if
this will affect anyone, which is why it's an experiment... let us know if it's
a problem.
