[OS-webwork] How to redirect to a page with parameters?

I'd like to know how to redirect to a details page after a create / 
update. In the xml file I can set redirect, but where how can I specify 
parameters?

The reason I ask is because I don't want to resubmit the query when the 
user presses refresh.

I did this in my framework by redirecting to a details page with proper 
ID's set.
