Good catch. Probably a copy-n-paste error. I sent this template just to show
a work in progress, to give Patrick an idea how it look and works.
But you have a very valid point. We do need some sort of init check.

Guys, how do you see this? A section within a .vm that is rendered only
once, at the beginning of the form, regardless of howmany times a widget is
used in the form. Here we can render reusable javascript functions and other
things.
