Funny, for me this works fine. Highlighting a section, pressing CTRL-C
and pasting it into notepad works here with XP SP3.

Well, I just tried CTRL-C and it did indeed work.
However, I usually highlight text and right-click to see a menu with the copy command. When I do this in the log, no menu comes up. I don't usually use the keyboard commands and didn't think to try them. Though I admit that I might not have tried them anyway since if the right-click menu didn't work, I would have assumed that the window did not have cut/paste turned on.
So yes, one can copy information from the logs but not all the windows copy methods work.
