Using openthinclient manager, create a keyboard device - specifying the Italian keyboard layout. Associate this device with your thinclients. You should now have the italian keyboard each time these clients startup. (You must restart the client to pick up the keyboard change.) Using the RDP application, USB and CD players are accessible as follows: click on Start->"My Computer" click on "Other Media on <terminal device name>" If a USB device is plugged in, it will now display. (I've had mixed luck with the local CD. Currently, it does not display - even if a CD is in the player. I haven't tried to figure out why because I'm OK for now without it.)
