I don't use AD with OTC, so I can't answer this question.  Sorry.  We 
mostly use Samba domain controllers.

I have always found that mapped drive letters to be the easiest thing 
for users.  I always implement a login script to map drive letters to 
network shares and home directories.

Let me know if you need any examples of login scripts.
