Well, I ended up reinstalling OTC with the "Environment settings" installation option turned off. All my settings and thinclient configurations were saved but all the packages (including the base) were reverted back to the old versions.
So I'm out of the woods for now. The whole reason why I updated it at all is because I have a new thin client that has an Intel 945 chipset and I want to get the dual-monitors working like I have for my nvidia graphics cards. I was hoping that the newer version would have updated drivers, which it kind of does, I guess.
