really? My english teacher would be proud at me .. mh.. with me.. ;-) It's a long time ago. > Hmmm, it has worked, and then you changed the setup? It's my desktop "test-computer", changes are frequently. > When in doubt, I would rather install OTC on a VM with one interface > than on real hardware with multiple interfaces... :-) > > So, do you have the option to use XEN or VMWare? vmware and virtualbox. But I think this ist not a good solution: I'm thinking about changing my network to thin clients with linux (suse). Then I read something about openThinClient and take a look on it. I don't know, how fast otc works, but installing a system like suse-linux on the server, and then the thin-server (otc) in a virtual machine, I think that's not really a fast solution, and I need more and more ram a.s.o. bye Olaf ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ The Open Source Thin Client Solution http://openthinclient.org openthinclient-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/openthinclient-user
