Hello again,

Found my own workaround by looking at the Skyp example again. I modified the
desktop file in the packages directory to look like the manually created
desktop file on the thin client that would work. When loading the package up it
now brings over the icon and setup like the one I created manually. Not the
prettiest or cleanest solution, but it works.  If anyone has a cleaner
method... I'm willing to try.

Hi,

I have been testing Open Thinclient for the past week. I have a diskless
client, server, and a development system setup and working. I have been trying
to get telnet on the client desktop. I can make a launcher icon from the client
that works as long as I select the checkbox for terminal window. This goes away
on a refresh of the desktop or a restart. I tried pushing telnet out as an app
like the example of adding skype to the applications. All seems to work. The
icon I used and the packages is created and I'm able to add it to the client. I
think the problem I'm having is that I can not find where I would allow that
terminal window option. Any suggestions or help in pointing me in the right
direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Scott Guffey
