Hi All,

We've finally managed to get the OTC server up and running in our
environment and are working on trying to test some of the features.

1) Is there any easy way for end users to determine their IP address? An
Icon they can open or can it be forced to be displayed in the background?

2) It appears that VNC server is installed as part of the OTC OS. But I'm
not sure how to set the password. Is there away to configure it to
authenticate to AD? Is there a way to set the VNC password via some
configuration setting in the OTC Manager.

3) I would like to install the ICA-client-11 and ICA-pnabrowse
packages...but it errors out whenever I try to install them from the
installable packages folder. In the server log there are a number of errors
when I try. Has anyone managed to install ICA?

Thanks. Jennifer
