The bootsplash is currently not intended for customisation therefore i can
not point you
to a existing documentation. If you need a custom bootsplash please contact
our office (or me) for
an estimate to implement this feature.
A workaround might be to append "vga=normal" (without the quotes) as
additonal kernel parameters
to the ThinClients within the Manager.

We have plans to update the base system with the release of the next
long-term support version
(Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx).

A package of the NX-Client is already in the works. It's almost finished and
a "test release" will be soon available. I think 1-2 weeks at the most.
Then you can test it yourself and give us your feedback ;)
