Thanks for the reply. What I had said was the OTC server is in the same subnet 
as the Thin clients, everything works fine. However, the setup that I have 
involves having the OTC server in a different subnet than the thin clients and 
DHCP server. How can I get it to work when everything is in separate subnets?

Hello Brian,

if the DHCP, the thinclients and the openthinclient Server are in the same 
subnet, everything must work fine. 
Perhaps you test this first, before you start to configure your IP-helpers. 
Note: after first start of the thinclient, it must be registered in your realm 
(PXE clients).
